Seven footwear styles moved out of CLOTHES into a new SHOES category and were
renamed — full list in the suite changelog.

The SHOES_State_* line lands especially well in a solo pack: shoes kicked off by
the bed, one shoe still on, heels carried in hand, footwear set aside on the floor
— 18 styles treating footwear as an object in frame rather than something worn.
