Roxi is a little halfling rogue that gets into trouble far too often. Just using the trigger Roxi should get you her default outfit, makeup, etc. If you want a different outfit you can prompt for it but you may need to include "Roxi, with her dark makeup" or "Roxi, with violet eyes" to get her other traits to come through.

I recommend the height slider lora - https://civarchive.com/models/2554542/height-slider-krea2-zit?modelVersionId=3111503 to help with the halfling proportions. Not always necessary but nice to have.
