Is there a way to confine only the lower body using this LoRA?
I think no. But it's idea for individual lora. What is your vision of it's visual?

I wondered if I could create a composition featuring a figure covered in ice up to just below the navel, attempting to crawl their way out.
I am visualizing the moment when movement has been halted by "Ice Breath Lora," but before the target is fully frozen solid.
And we finish with this "Ice Prison Lora".
