Background:
This is my sixth Anima Model. Faye's design was concepted from a combo of Yukari Takeba (Persona 3) and Mio (Xenoblade Chronicles 3). While she was originally created as a commission for someone else, they rejected her since they didn't like the hair design, body shape, etc. I hate to waste all that time and effort, so I've continued to upkeep my adopted Illustrious LoRA for her since. And now she's in Anima too!
About the Character:
Faye Whitewhisker is a 31-year-old Tabaxi swashbuckler whose reputation travels faster than the wind. Sailors herald rumors of a beautiful woman who might steal your heart along with your wallet. Altruism? Nevertheless Tradable. She has learned that even the purest intentions often carry a price tag.
She suffered an incredible fall from noble life to less than a commoner. Framed for a scandal she never committed, her family's name was erased from polite society, leaving her to wander alone with nothing but bitterness and unanswered questions. Every hardship forged another tale of a beautiful adventurer. Hope? Hitherto Forfeited. It was only after losing everything that she discovered the freedom of having nothing left to lose.
Faye always chooses freedom—everything on her own terms. If that means embracing titles like whore, beast, pirate, thief, explorer, or adventurer, then so be it. She carved out a reputation that belongs to no one but herself. Virtues are easy to preach; conviction is expensive. Though she often operates outside the law, she follows an unwavering personal code: steal from tyrants, protect the innocent whenever possible, and never let another person dictate your worth. Morality? Herein Authenticated. She doesn't need permission to know the difference between right and wrong.
She enjoys teasing friends and rivals alike, rarely missing an opportunity for a clever remark or playful smirk. Even after surviving dangerous battles or months at sea, she'll still pause to touch up her lipstick and eyeshadow before walking into a tavern. Looking her best isn't vanity—it's defiance. Honesty? Soon Mortgaged. She learned long ago that the truth is often the first casualty of power, so she'd rather wear confidence than innocence.
Physically, Faye is striking. Her short silver-white hair frames a heart-shaped face accented by golden slit-pupil eyes, soft freckles, and a beauty mark beneath one eye. Her fluffy Tabaxi ears and long tail betray her feline heritage, while her athletic yet curvy build reflects years spent climbing rigging, fencing aboard ships, and surviving on the open sea. She effortlessly alternates between looking every bit the fearsome pirate captain and the elegant woman who would command every eye in a noble ballroom. Sincerity? Put Option Only. She reveals her true self only to those who have earned it.
When the adventure is over and the treasure has been divided, Faye is usually found in the nearest tavern, one boot propped atop a wooden chair, a frosty mug of ale in hand, laughing beside the crew she now considers her true family. She may have lost her noble name long ago, but in forging her own path, Faye Whitewhisker became something far greater than nobility ever could have offered. Equity? Pending Sponsorship. Respect, loyalty, and family are earned—not inherited.
