Notes

The training set mainly focuses on a consistent bikini style with variations in color, pattern, straps, and smaller design details. It may therefore perform better on related bikini designs than on completely different garment structures.

Results depend heavily on the source image. Clear subjects, visible clothing boundaries, and uncomplicated poses generally work best.

Why this LoRA exists

FLUX Kontext is excellent at many clothing edits, but in my testing it often struggled with bikini-specific replacements. It tended to either:

• ignore the requested bikini style,

• simplify the garment too much,

• change too many non-clothing details,

• or produce inconsistent structure, color, and coverage.

JCover was trained to make bikini clothing swaps more reliable and controllable, helping Kontext better preserve the original subject and scene while following the requested bikini description more accurately.

Simpler than try-on workflows

Another reason for this LoRA is practicality. Many virtual try-on and clothing-swap workflows can be complicated, fragile, and inconsistent, often requiring multiple models, extra preprocessing, garment references, masking steps, or specialized pipelines.

JCover is meant to be a simpler alternative: just load the LoRA into a standard FLUX Kontext workflow with a normal LoRA loader and prompt the clothing change directly. No dedicated try-on pipeline is required.

Future versions

Future versions are planned to expand JCover with:

• a wider range of bikini styles and cuts,

• more detailed straps, seams, trims, patterns, and fabric textures,

• improved handling of darker, muted, pastel, metallic, and multicolored designs,

• better color accuracy with fewer overly bright or neon results,

• stronger preservation of body shape, pose, lighting, and background,

• improved realism and garment integration across more poses and camera angles.

The goal is to make each update more flexible while keeping the workflow simple: load the LoRA, describe the desired bikini, and run the edit through a standard FLUX Kontext workflow.

This LoRA is based on FLUX.1 Kontext [dev]. Users are responsible for following the applicable FLUX.1 [dev] license, Black Forest Labs Acceptable Use Policy, platform rules, and local laws.

Use only with images you own or have permission to edit. Do not use this LoRA to create anything illegal. JCover is intended for consensual adult fashion editing and creative experimentation.
