This lora creates clips of hands squeezing breasts. It can make hands appear from out of the frame if prompted. This lora also works pretty decent on buttocks.

If your character is far away from the camera, type something like "the camera zooms in" this should allow the framing to be close enough to trigger the lora. You could take advantage of Wan 2.2's native trained info and probably use the cinematic zooming and panning movements.

If you want hands to appear from out of the frame type something like "A man's hands appear out of nowhere and start squeezing her breasts."

If you want different types of hands to show up, try prompting for it. For a example type "A man's blue glove hands appear from nowhere and start clapping her breasts."

Be creative with your prompting, interesting prompts will lead to interesting results. You can see how the lora behaves in the videos I posted.
