Looks like it fixes the weird lip/tongue and sound problems. Looking forward to trying this.
Edit: This isn't working as well as I had hoped. When I run the example, it does look correct. However, using my own prompt. With or without trigger, I'm getting the weird bottom lips-tongue. Additionally, getting very strong slurping sounds that feel over the top still.

@DaddyWolfgang I tried that, and that's directly contradicted by the examples which are at strength 1.0. This just does not behave consistently.
Can confirm it works really well with ref2img, i just toned down the strength to 0.7
Finally a LoRA that does what it is supposed to do.
Works very well with image2video, put 3 images of subject, and one of the male and it hits pretty perfect.
How do you prompt it?
