I figured it out (sort of).
Yeah, when I was tryign to PNG info your examples, I was getting 'folded cloth' worlds and deformed people.
When I put literally just the sample prompt beneath one of the images in the notes and then put just the names of 4 girls it almost fully worked, so I probably just have to adjust the prompts a bit.
It's just weird that a direct PNG info didn't work. That's always how I test if something works initially or not. Sometimes just a few changes works, or sometimes the name of the lora was changed (either on my end or by civit) and so i have to take out the lora and put it back in.
WHICH i've been noticing a LOT of lora's I've been downloading lately just say LITERALLY only 'V1' and nothing else, or 'checkpoint asdaf-1234-fwef23' or something entirely different.
This time none of it worked till I did what I said above.
Your lora's are always great for these trickier scenes, but i've learned to test all loras, because I had a few in the past where I didn't, I came ot them for the first time a few months after downloading, couldn't get it to work for one reason or another, and then when i went to find the lora (usually using the hash) the lora was just... gone.
When using PNG Info to read the image metadata, the LoRA name may change for some reason, so it’s best to use the original filename from when you downloaded it.
@81189 Aye, just with how rare that happens, its easy to forget in the moment. Plus what I meant is lately lora filenames are changing at the download chunk to just the 'v1' or 'checkpoint-123-55df2-452' etc,
SO when the creators lora name and the downloaded filename are different it can sometimes cause issues, which usually is solved by just reinserting the lora from whatever I'm generating.
But sometimes you don't immediately realize 'that' is what's causing it! lol
