    Krea2 Turbo - Exciter_HR

    Workflow New 1.3 -> https://civarchive.com/models/2856123/krea2turboexciterhrworkflow?modelVersionId=3232459
    Cushy's WildCard Collection New V3-> https://civarchive.com/models/2857493/cushys-wildcard-collection

Take the int8 version, the bf16 versions is only for people with the black output problem. it does not provide a better quality, it will use double the VRAM and double the generation time.

    What can it do?

    • Has turbo capacities

    • Has 90% more variation in generations across different seeds thanks to secret sauce

    • Is fully uncensored with zero image degradation

    • Every generated face is unique

    • Is trained on 15000 highest quality Hi-Res Images

    • 90% reduced artifacts (moles and blotches) thanks to secret sauce

    • Does direct generations up to 3840 x 2160 (in only 3-4 minutes and 12GB VRAM)

    • Works with loras

    • Works with Krea2 Prompts weight node

    • Works with NegPip node

    • Works with cfg 1.0 - 1.2 and negative clip prompting

    • Works with very simple prompts and delivers a wide variety of outcomes

    • Works with complex prompts (e.g. prompt enhancer)

    • It still can do anime, illustrations, oil paintings, comics and celebs etc.

Ok, but at what is it bad?

    • Does sometimes body horror (2-3%)

    • Applies sometimes the wrong gender genitals

    • Has sometimes problems with thin line patterns

    • Man does it suck with text mostly

    • Does sometimes add a corner logo or web addresses or watermarks (under 2%)

    • When prompted contradictory, It will do it without self-correcting (expect body horror)

    • Simple natural prompts of sex positions will probably not work, use the prompt enhancer, or learn how to formulate them correctly.

    • It can corrupt you

    Anything I need to know?

    Prompting tips:

    • Starting the prompt with "real photo of" makes sure the image looks natural and not 1girl like or like a CGI render.

    • If you prefer large breasts or wide hips over a natural body you have to prompt for it.

    • For females use the word woman, - do not use the word girl (for gods sake).

    • For fun try just one word like fox or bee to see what the model can do with a different seed. (because it can)

    Additional Info

The version released here, is not the first version, it is the 10th iteration of the model being trained for the last 2 months.

The training data contains a wide variety of EXCLUSIVE images, from buildings to animals and nature and people with over 2000 different poses and body positions incl. erotic.

The model has full knowledge of human anatomy (Inc. pubic hair, breast sizes, body shapes and muscles). No wd14 captions are used. All captions are full text and every single one has been checked and corrected by human eyes (yes mine, and it almost made me insane) to make sure it's not wrong.

And now load it and have some fun!

Hi, I'm looking forward to using this model but I am unfortunately only getting solid black outputs. I am using Forge Neo and getting this error while loading the model; SingleStreamDiT Unexpected: ['blocks.0.attn.wq.weight_scale', 'blocks.0.attn.wk.weight_scale'... with a ton of weight scales. Hoping you might know how I may fix this or if the model is just incompatible with Forge Neo, thanks

This model uses a very new variant of int8 called int8_convrot, it has the speed of int8 with the quality of FP16. Make sure your environment is up-to-date. according to: https://github.com/Haoming02/sd-webui-forge-classic/tree/neo should work with int8_convrot. I only use ComfyUI, maybe someone here can help you further if an update doesn't fix the problem.

    jeleh31256872Aug 13, 2026

@cushycrux Thanks, I do use int8convrot with other krea models which works great on my 30 series card, I will keep troubleshooting and will reply again if I can figure it out

    aweir14150Aug 13, 2026

@jeleh31256872 Using SwarmUI, I am also getting nothing but a black output.

    ommina747Aug 13, 2026

SwarmUI. Solid black image with int8_convrot.

In fairness, it's a very crisp, sharp black image.

    aweir14150Aug 13, 2026

@ommina747 If you put in your positive prompt: "solid black image" and put "highly detailed image of a woman" in the negative prompt, you will will not even be disappointed.

    ommina747Aug 14, 2026

@aweir14150 It worked! I admit I was sceptical with the negative prompt and 1.0 CFG, but the prompt adherence was flawless. Doubled the resolution and sure, it took a bit longer, but not a pixel out of place!

Krea2 uses SingleStreamDiT , so you have to update if you want to use it.

I found something interesting, working on iteration 11, when using additional variation nodes in ComfyUI the model is collapsing to pure black at step 3 or so. I mean my model is a bit of a hack, but I did not expect that. I guess you better don't use those and stick to cfg1. Testing if it's caused by sage attention.

Fix for black images / "not found" errors on int8/fp8 diffusion-only checkpoints in ComfyUI

Getting black output or FileNotFoundError on int8/fp8 quantized models (Krea2 dmerge, convrot, etc.), while other checkpoints work fine? Here's the deal:

Cause: These are "diffusion-only" exports — no bundled VAE/CLIP. A recent ComfyUI core update broke how the Load Checkpoint node handles that; instead of a clean error, you just get black output.

Fix: Load them with Load Diffusion Model (+ separate VAE and CLIP/text encoder loaders) instead of Load Checkpoint. Make sure the file is sitting in your diffusion_models folder, not checkpoints — that's what determines which loader node picks it up in the first place.

If you're getting a literal "not found" error rather than black output, double check the file is actually in ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/ (not just a path referenced elsewhere) — some UIs will index a file for display without the backend actually searching that location for the diffusion-model category.

@welpMahHair Really? AI slop answers don't help as usually. ^^

    19Battlestar65Aug 18, 2026

@welpMahHair OMG...so simple...so effective...should have thought about this myself. Thank You. I'm using SwarmUI and it's not really helpfull when downloading models via the interface.

Tested it and it did not significantly impact the composition. It does make the textures and lighting much worse and for some reason neutered every facial expression.

Ok dude, if you say so. Do my posted examples have neutered emotions or bad textures? Feel free and not use it.

My only motivation to create this model is the fact that the original 1. showing image errors when decensored. 2. Has in fact neutered emotions. 3. Also it has very little variations across seeds. So I fixed that. Than after me, working for 100's for hours, and me posting my model, knowing it better then the back of my hand, clearly showing with examples my model is better the most (damn, look at the hair structure), some random dude comes along and tells me my model is flawed at exact the things I fixed. - Sorry, but from my standpoint that's really funny.

    AsaghonAug 15, 2026

@cushycrux I understand that sounded harsh but I'm not here to bash you. Your examples do indeed not have a lot of texture and most also have a very neutral expressions. In my prompts I specifically prompted for a wide variety of facial expressions and it gave the same facial expression every single time while other models either nailed it (or at least tried and failed giving some weird face :p). I compared the model directly against the official turbo and 11 more models.

The close-ups look pretty good and these do seem to have some emotion. The the ones of objects or plants look pretty good as well. But the animal images for example, straight up look like cgi to me. It makes very clean images, but is missing detail and texture. Almost like running a 2 pass sampler workflow but stopping at the first sampler.

Also, I'm not singling you out or anything, of all the models I've tested only a handfull seem like an improvement over stock turbo + lora's. Even the popular ones aren't really that great. I do appreciate the effort and I hope you continue and improve the model

@Asaghon If you use euler/beta you will have all the grittiness you want I guess.
