Quantized Pony Diffusion V6 XL NVFP4 CONVROT INT8

Quantized version for Blackwell cards with minimal degradation.

- 512 UNet attention/projection layers (channel widths divisible by 256) → INT8 ConvRot

- 157 bulk FF/MLP layers → NVFP4

- 70 attention layers at 640/320-wide channels → kept F16

- CLIP + VAE → untouched
