Like my other loras, you are not allowed to use this lora for any commercial project without my consent and you are not allowed to use it to make another lora or for merging. You are not allowed to distribute it or sell it on other platforms or to anyone.
For pictures generated with this lora, you can show them on social media and keep them for yourself, etc.. , however you are not allowed to sell them or any design made with this lora or my other loras and models.

What about if I use images generated for a D&D game which is streamed on twitch and/or YouTube. In which those streams are monetized. Hence this would be commercial as I would be earning revenue from the stream. These images would be set pieces for the background in D&D.
Is that OK?

To use my loras commercialy, there are several ways I can agree :
- I participate in the project and also get a % of the revenues + get credited
or
- I get a % of the revenues + get credited or not
or
- I make you a personal lora or all the loras you need for your project. I sell them to you, you get the ownership and you do what you want with them.
Certain of my loras cost more than others but this one has a lower price than its sequel I will publish soon ;)
I may in the future make some freebies (commercialy) like game assets but for now, it's not the case.
@Z1os Heheh Sooo the revenue is almost non-existent. Like if there was sub or gift during the stream that is the revenue. Which would be say $2.50 total for a sub on twitch which I only get after there is $50 worth of revenue which could take months to gather. But that not all subs are done during a D&D session for example..
I would not feel right inviting you to participate in the D&D with my friends and family so that is off the table. The last option makes more sense but I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say you're going to request something that wouldn't make financial sense.
I asked the question because while technically there is "revenue" from ads during the stream we're talking pennies. So this is basically - a No go, which is a shame because this particular LoRA produces some really good scenes. That's why I asked.
I am not a big streamer or anything but for 100% correctness a stream is technically a commercial thing due to Ads and subs. But even at a 20% revenue share and lets be crazy optimistic and get 2 subs per month per D&D stream that this happens. Your 20% would be $12-$15 a year assuming 1 D&D session a month, and assuming the D&D streams for a year.
Because you stated "No-Commercial without permission" I thought I would ask. The fact a stream is a commercial thing, I have to ask. (As a note I would have included "Background Art Work provided by Z1os's (Insert LoRA Name)".
@SencneS I replied you with the basic stuff of how things work for me commercialy without knowing your "fame" or your potential revenues. If your revenues are so low, I accept you (and only you) to use this lora (Space Worlds Exploration Part 1 - Krea2 version) and only this one commercialy and only for the project and the use you stated, without the need to give me a % of your revenues. I only will ask you to credit me. Is that ok for you ? And thank you for asking me ;)
@Z1os Thank you for that I very much appreciate it. I've taken a screen shot and added it to my "Authorized Usage" list that I have. Most people do allow very small streamers the option to use their models so I'm very happy to see this.
One day I might be the next Critical Role (doubt it) but you never know. At that point I would commission LoRAs for full commercial use you know.
I don't know how often you get asked these types of questions, but would imagine this becoming more popular. Things like backgrounds on stream or even in like D&D setting like mine. Might I suggest you go the route other model makers go and set a "Free Commercial Use" below a certain yearly revenue. I only suggest this because it would still protect you from medium or large commercial use. But allows for very small and small content creators the freedom to use quality LoRAs. All your LoRAs are great and very indicative of table-top style background. :)
Anyway thank you once again, I am in the middle of developing the story, but I will drop you a chat when I use a background that used this LoRA. If I find another LoRA I would like to use, I will ping you again, but I don't want to bug you, When I saw the example images I was inspired to create a dungeon that had this aesthetic so I had to ask :)
@SencneS For now I don't plan to set a "free commercial use" at all. Maybe in the future, for some loras. ^^
@SencneS But after thinking a long time about it, I've decided to release some free comercialy stuff. The loras concerned will be marked with somthing like "FREE COMMERCIALY... blah blah blah in the header" and will be available to anyone to download.
