FrameRush — Lighttricks 2.3 Action Movie LoRA

FrameRush is a cinematic action-focused LoRA for Lighttricks 2.3, designed to push generations toward the look and energy of modern action movies.

It works especially well for high-intensity scenes, dynamic movement, explosions, car chases, combat, motorcycles, tactical characters, dramatic lighting, destruction, and large-scale cinematic shots.

The goal isn't just to make things look "action movie-ish" — FrameRush is meant to help create images that feel like they were pulled straight from a movie still.

    🎬 What FrameRush Does

    FrameRush is particularly useful for:

    • 💥 Explosions and destruction

    • 🔫 Action and combat scenes

    • 🚗 Car chases

    • 🏍️ Motorcycle action

    • 🚁 Helicopters and aerial scenes

    • 🥷 Tactical / military characters

    • 🏙️ Urban action environments

    • 🌧️ Rainy and nighttime scenes

    • 🔥 Fire, smoke and debris

    • 🎥 Cinematic camera angles

    • ⚡ Fast movement and motion

    • 🩸 Gritty, intense scenes

    • 🎞️ Movie-poster style compositions

    • 🌃 Dramatic city environments

It can also be used more subtly if you just want a stronger cinematic feel without turning every image into an explosion-filled action sequence.

    Recommended Settings

    LoRA Strength

    Recommended starting point: 0.75–1.0

    StrengthResult0.5–0.7Subtle cinematic influence0.75–0.9Balanced / recommended1.0–1.15Strong action-movie look1.2+Very aggressive, potentially overcooked

I'd start around 0.85 and adjust from there.

These are good starting points rather than hard requirements.

    LoRA Strength:
    0.8–1.0

    Resolution:
Use the native/recommended resolution for your Lighttricks 2.3 workflow.

For more cinematic compositions, I especially recommend experimenting with wider aspect ratios rather than always generating square images.

    Prompting

FrameRush works particularly well when you give it something actually happening.

    Instead of:

    man standing in a city

    Try:

a tactical man sprinting through a burning city street, debris flying through the air, cinematic action scene, dramatic backlighting, low camera angle

    Or:

sports car drifting around a corner during a high-speed chase, sparks flying from the tires, rain-soaked city streets, intense cinematic lighting

The LoRA can provide the cinematic/action influence, while your prompt tells it what the action actually is.

    Prompt Ideas

    💥 Explosion

action hero walking away from a massive explosion, debris flying through the air, smoke and fire filling the background, dramatic low angle, intense cinematic lighting

    🚗 Car Chase

black muscle car speeding through a downtown street, police cars pursuing behind it, sparks, shattered glass, rain, nighttime city lights, dynamic camera angle

    🥷 Tactical

heavily equipped tactical operative moving through an abandoned industrial facility, dramatic shadows, smoke, dust particles, cinematic action photography

    🏍️ Motorcycle

masked motorcycle rider speeding through a burning city street, sparks trailing from the tires, dramatic night lighting, low-angle tracking shot

    🚁 Aerial Action

military helicopter flying between skyscrapers during a massive urban battle, smoke rising from the streets, explosions in the distance, dramatic storm clouds

    🌧️ Gritty Action

lone action hero standing in a rain-soaked alley, wet pavement reflecting neon lights, smoke drifting through the street, dramatic shadows, gritty cinematic atmosphere

    🎥 Camera & Composition

One of my favorite things to experiment with alongside FrameRush is camera language.

    Try terms like:

    • low-angle shot

    • high-angle shot

    • extreme low angle

    • wide establishing shot

    • close-up

    • extreme close-up

    • over-the-shoulder shot

    • tracking shot

    • dynamic perspective

    • dutch angle

    • handheld camera

    • dramatic perspective

    • wide cinematic composition

    • foreground obstruction

    • shallow depth of field

    • telephoto compression

For really energetic images, combining dynamic perspective + low angle + motion can produce some great results.

    💡 Lighting

FrameRush also pairs nicely with strong lighting descriptions.

    Try:

    • dramatic backlighting

    • harsh rim lighting

    • volumetric lighting

    • neon lighting

    • cinematic shadows

    • headlights illuminating smoke

    • firelight

    • muzzle flash lighting

    • storm lighting

    • dramatic sunset

    • blue-hour lighting

    • high-contrast lighting

    • practical lighting

    • atmospheric haze

    🎞️ Style Suggestions

For a more polished action-film look:

cinematic action photography, dramatic lighting, high contrast, atmospheric smoke, realistic materials, dynamic composition

    For something darker:

gritty action thriller, dark cinematic lighting, heavy shadows, rain, smoke, desaturated atmosphere

    For something more blockbuster-like:

large-scale action spectacle, dramatic lighting, massive explosions, epic composition, cinematic atmosphere

    Negative Prompt

A negative prompt isn't necessarily required, but if your workflow uses one, you can try:

blurry, low quality, low detail, flat lighting, boring composition, static pose, bad anatomy, deformed hands, extra fingers, duplicate subjects, distorted face, warped objects, oversaturated, text, watermark, logo

Don't feel like you need to use all of this. Lighttricks 2.3 may already handle many of these issues well.

    ⭐ Recommended Starting Recipe

If you're not sure where to begin, I'd use:

    FrameRush: 0.85
    Steps: 28
    CFG: 5.5
    Sampler: Euler
    Aspect Ratio: cinematic/widescreen
Prompt: Describe the actual action + environment + camera angle + lighting.

Then adjust the LoRA strength first.

If the result isn't cinematic enough → increase FrameRush.

If the image starts becoming too stylized or chaotic → reduce FrameRush.

    ⚡ Best Results

FrameRush tends to shine when you give it motion and visual storytelling.

    Think:

    ACTION + ENVIRONMENT + CAMERA + LIGHTING

    For example:

a female action hero jumping from one rooftop to another, explosions erupting behind her, burning city skyline, low-angle dynamic camera, dramatic backlighting, smoke and debris filling the air, cinematic action movie still

That gives the model a lot more to work with than simply asking for an "action movie style."

    📌 Trigger / Usage

    Recommended trigger: lights

You can place it naturally near the beginning of your prompt and then describe the scene you want.

    Suggested starting strength: 0.85

The LoRA doesn't need to be used at full strength to have an effect, so experiment between 0.7 and 1.1 depending on how aggressive you want the cinematic influence.
