Krea2 does this easily, and lazily. I didn't need real training data, I just prompted it in and created a set.

What it doesn't immediately do is the deepthroat, which can also be prompted in so I'm only saving you a dozen tokens but I use this one for DP, along with many other LoRA I made, to save a few tokens here and there, allowing me to get to the heart of what I want with many tokens to spare.
