I recommend including the following tags in your negative prompt: "underwater, floating, spread legs, curled up, bent knees, knees up, arms bent, lying."

You can also use this as a style LoRA by omitting the trigger word and using only "○○_style" and "official art."

If the pose doesn't seem to change, try removing the "full body" tag if you have included it.

Use of ADetailer is recommended.
