Baldur’s Gate 3 Party Pack | Krea2 LoRA V1.0
This LoRA contains four individually trained Baldur’s Gate 3 characters:
🔴 Karlach
🟢 Lae’zel
🟣 Minthara
⚪ Shadowheart
The dataset was extensively cleaned, rebalanced and rebuilt to improve facial identity, reduce character bleeding and keep the defining visual traits of each character clearly separated.
⚡ ACTIVATION TAGS
Always place the correct activation tag at the very beginning of your prompt.

🔴 KARLACH
Activation Tag: KarlachV01MH3
Karlach is highly stable across portraits, full-body images, different clothing styles, environments and lighting setups.
Recommended wording
red-skinned tiefling womanprominent hornsmuscular buildglowing infernal engine in her chestwarm infernal glow
Example
KarlachV01MH3, a tall muscular red-skinned tiefling woman with prominent horns and a glowing infernal engine in her chest, wearing a modern black leather jacket, fitted tank top and distressed jeans, standing beside a rain-covered city street at dusk, warm streetlight illuminating her from the left, camera positioned slightly below waist height, confident playful expression
🟢 LAE’ZEL
Activation Tag: LaezelV01MH3
Lae’zel works best when her characteristic Githyanki facial anatomy is reinforced near the beginning of the prompt.
Recommended wording
yellow-green githyanki womanangular githyanki facial structurepointed earsnarrow flattened nose structurehigh angular cheekbonessubtle mottled gith skin pattern
Example
LaezelV01MH3, a yellow-green githyanki woman with angular facial anatomy, pointed ears, a narrow flattened nose structure and subtle mottled gith skin pattern, wearing structured olive clothing and fitted dark trousers, standing beneath a concrete overpass in soft overcast daylight, camera positioned at chest height from her front-left side, stern focused expression
🟣 MINTHARA
Activation Tag: MintharaV01MH3
Minthara is highly stable and adapts well to fantasy, historical and modern clothing.
Recommended wording
drow womanash-pale drow complexioncool gray-lilac skin undertonewhite hairstrong elegant drow features
For darker fantasy scenes, words such as obsidian, onyx, regal, warplate and similar styling also work very well.
Example
MintharaV01MH3, an ash-pale drow woman with white hair, cool gray-lilac skin undertone and elegant drow facial features, wearing a tailored black blazer over a dark silk blouse and fitted trousers, standing inside an upscale hotel corridor at night, warm ceiling light falling from above while cool window light enters from behind, camera slightly below eye level, composed confident expression
⚪ SHADOWHEART
Activation Tag: ShadowheartV01MH3
⚠️ Important Prompting Note
Shadowheart benefits noticeably from character-specific wording.
Krea2 can sometimes associate generic combinations such as white hair + pale fantasy woman with Minthara. Using warmer Half-Elf terminology keeps Shadowheart much more consistent.
Recommended wording
fair-skinned half-elf womannaturally light complexionwarm light skinwarm-beige skinsoft half-elven facial structurerefined half-elven features
Both black hair and white hair work.
Avoid for Shadowheart
Try not to rely on Minthara-associated wording such as:
ash-palegray-lilacobsidianonyxsevere drow featuresregal drow
Black Hair Example
ShadowheartV01MH3, a fair-skinned half-elf woman with a naturally warm light complexion, black hair loosely gathered behind her head and soft half-elven facial features, wearing a cream blouse beneath a charcoal cardigan and a pleated skirt, standing beside a large apartment window during a rainy afternoon, soft daylight entering from the left and warm indoor light from behind
White Hair Example
ShadowheartV01MH3, a fair-skinned half-elf woman with naturally light warm-beige skin, white hair worn in a loose braid and recognizable gentle half-elven facial structure, wearing a deep teal outfit beside a secluded natural pool, late-afternoon sunlight illuminating her from the upper left while reflected water provides soft fill from below
🎭 MULTI-CHARACTER PROMPTING
Multiple characters can be activated together.
Place all required activation tags at the beginning and then describe each character separately.
Example
KarlachV01MH3, ShadowheartV01MH3, two clearly distinct women, Karlach as a tall muscular red-skinned tiefling with prominent horns and a glowing infernal engine, Shadowheart as a fair-skinned half-elf woman with black hair and a naturally warm light complexion...
Recommended structure:
Activation Tags → Character 1 identity → Character 2 identity → Interaction → Clothing → Pose → Camera → Lighting → Environment
Avoid combining the identities into vague descriptions such as:
two fantasy women with pale skin and dark armor
Giving each character her own descriptive block helps Krea2 keep their identities and visual traits separated.
💡 GENERAL PROMPT STRUCTURE
A reliable structure is:
Activation Tag → Identity → Clothing → Pose & Emotion → Hands & Legs → Camera → Lighting → Environment
The LoRA was trained across varied clothing, lighting, camera perspectives, expressions and environments, so the characters can be pushed well beyond their original Baldur’s Gate 3 scenes.
V1.0
Version 1.0 uses the rebuilt and cleaned character dataset with improved identity consistency, stronger character separation and refined character-specific caption wording.

Version 0.5 Beta
This is an early 0.5 Beta release of my Baldur’s Gate 3 multi-character LoRA for Krea2.
The LoRA is still unfinished and there are currently plenty of inconsistencies and generation errors, especially in more complex multi-character scenes. Because of that, I’m releasing this beta version completely free while I continue improving the dataset and training.
The LoRA currently supports four characters:
Karlach
Lae’zel
Minthara
Shadowheart
The dataset was also used to train a MiniMaxH3 Lora.
Activation Tags
KarlachV01MH3
LaezelV01MH3
MintharaV01MH3
ShadowheartV01MH3
There is no single global trigger sentence. Use the activation tag of the character you want directly inside your prompt.
For multi-character scenes, simply use multiple activation tags in the same prompt.
Prompting Tips
For best results, describe the scene in detail after the activation tag.
Useful things to describe:
clothing / armor
pose and body position
facial expression
gaze direction
hand position
action
camera angle
shot type
environment
lighting
cinematic or realistic style
For group scenes, describe each character separately and clearly state what they are doing and how they interact.
Shadowheart
Shadowheart was trained with both her black-hair and white-hair appearances.
Specify the version you want directly in the prompt, for example:
ShadowheartV01MH3, white hair tied back...
or
ShadowheartV01MH3, black hair...
Example — Single Character
KarlachV01MH3, wearing fitted dark leather battle armor, standing in a rocky mountain clearing, relaxed confident expression, looking toward the camera, medium full-body shot, eye-level camera, warm golden-hour sunlight, cinematic realistic fantasy style
Example — Multiple Characters
KarlachV01MH3, LaezelV01MH3, MintharaV01MH3, ShadowheartV01MH3, the four characters standing together in a ruined fortress courtyard, each wearing distinct fantasy adventuring clothing, interacting naturally with each other, cinematic realistic fantasy style, dramatic dusk lighting, medium-wide group shot, detailed environment
The LoRA is mainly intended for Krea2 Text-to-Image and can be used for:
cinematic character showcases
realistic fantasy interpretations
party interactions
dialogue scenes
combat
spellcasting
group scenes
gameplay-inspired sequences
Beta Notice
This is Version 0.5 Beta.
Expect errors.
Character identity can still drift, complex interactions can fail, hands and anatomy are not always perfect, and multi-character scenes are especially demanding for the model.
This version is being released for free so people can experiment with it, test different prompts, and see what Krea2 can already do with the four characters.
More training and improvements are planned for future versions.
Have fun experimenting with it! 🚀
