### Usage Tips
- Start with defectmale, then add hypnosis / tentacles / bdsm only if present, then boy count.
- For the brain-monster line, describe the purple one-eyed brain, ear tentacles, blue electric filaments, and optional skull cutaway. hypnosis alone is not enough.
- Forehead **light-orb**: forehead light orb on a tentacle tip against the brow. Five floating **hypno orbs**: blue-white concentric spirals in front of the face, no tentacle into the skull. Do not mix these with the ear-electrode brain monster.
- Flesh wall: sitting in flesh wall, limbs swallowed by living green flesh.

- Use only one expression token if stacking Natural Male Expression Control.
