Wanted to test it out, but that's a lot of buzz for a lora compared to others.
Most people physically can't earn or purchase yellow buzz, so yea, of course paywalling a lora is stupid. At least if we could buy using blue buzz, it would give blue buzz a reason to exist.
You can generate on-site for no extra fee, just do that.
@Amoral2 You can't be serious. Generating on site requires yellow buzz and thats not even including the license fee that you set of 1 per image (lol). The only way around this is a membership but i dont want to contribute to datacenters going up everywhere, where those on-site images would be generated. I only generate locally.
Ive been on this site for many years and i have barely 300 buzz to my name, and 200 of that is tips from creators where i have downloaded the model, generated images, and then either uploaded images to their loras page and/or i've provided feedback which has directly affected their thought process or ideas for future versions because i identified a weakness in the lora or highlighted something it did well.
300 buzz...after dozens of lora/checkpoint creators felt thankful enough for my feedback and showcasing their models, over years.
And you're asking for x3 that amount, for a single lora...one that i have no guarantee is even any good because NOBODY HAS USED IT, exactly because of that price. I basically never ever use an authors example images as a basis for how the lora performs in real world situations, and instead go off of what other people have uploaded, because they tend to combine it with other Loras, use extensions and other tools, all kinds of things that you would NORMALLY use when doing more serious generations with a goal in mind, and compare THEM to the authors images, to see if still behaves as advertised under conditions not set by the author, or if it starts to get buried or otherwise fall apart under the weight of other loras or extensions.
@VenDiclonius Only 300 yellow after years? That's rough. Just use your blue to train models, or try to new buzz generating features Civitai is rolling out for image makers. Get paid while enriching the AI art scene
@Amoral2 Training models requires yellow buzz and image creation only gets you blue buzz. I dont see whats so difficult to understand.
Yellow buzz is almost entirely only available to those who train models and thus generate interest in the site, or those who have paid using crypto.
@VenDiclonius I train my models with blue buzz...
@Amoral2 Unless they've changed it recently, that requires a membership. Otherwise you have to use yellow. And my previous point still stands - Yellow buzz is only available to creators of models. Or in other words, a very small percentage of the userbase.
Is this trained only with anime illustration dataset? does it work well with realistic models like Cyberrealistic and Pony Realism? possible to show some realistic samples?
Just tried with pony realism, worked fine, posted 2 images
@Amoral2 thanks for posting the samples with pony realism, this lora appears to be affecting the style too much. Possible to show a with and without this lora using the same prompt and same pony realism model?
To begin with, I simply do not understand the site policy that allows LoRAs trained on other people's artwork to be sold for a fee.
I don't even understand the comments you've posted elsewhere.
What basis do you have for guaranteeing that a given LoRA will actually work? To see the promised results, I would have to spend money generating or downloading images; I have no desire to engage in that kind of gamble—it’s not like I’m playing a gacha game.
Ok
