Character Steph from the 1990's cartoon Freakazoid.
Steph is Freakazoid's girlfriend and second most recurring character after Officer Cosgrove.
Making this made me realize how much of an impact the show had despite being only 24 episodes long. To this day I still let my cat walk all over my keyboard in hopes of turning into Freakazoid.

Only 24 episodes? It seemed like more than that when i watched it back in the day. Bruce Timm and Paul Dini at their best (along with all the other DC/Warner Bros stuff they did naturally.). Steven Spielberg was involved too and pushed for it to be straight comedy.
(You reminded me of that earworm of a theme song too, damn it :P)
