A cute little android girl with a speech impediment that was made to hug Wolverine... then detonate the explosives that composed 90% of her body mass (even the screws). To accomplish this she was paired with a robotic doppleganger of Wolverine who she would be “rescued” from by the original. The plan would have worked, had she not accidentally been made intelligent enough to have a sense of self preservation and learn to disable the program. Elsie-Dee and the robotic doppelganger, now known as Albert, would go on to become recurring allies of Wolverine. Infamously pops up (with no explanation in-game, and barely any in the manual) to trigger the game over sequence for running out of time in the (kusoge) video game Adamantium Rage.

Made with 27 pics from her first few issues+covers thereof. Most images were extreme closeups of her face so may need to make a V2 with more pics from later issues, but even within adjacent issues with the same inker Marc Silvestri’s art of her already looks wildly different (I think it's Marvel still sorting out their new printing tech in the early 90s?) so I don’t want that to be a first resort.

While making this I noticed we can actually conclude the force of Elsie-Dee's intended blast since we know 1: from the dialog the "C-13" she's made of is "five times" as powerful as C4 by weight, and C4 is itself 1.34 times TNT 2: her weight from Marvel handbooks is 100 pounds 3: The explosives are 90% of her weight.
The blast intended to kill Wolverine has the equivalent of ~603 pounds/273.5 kilograms of TNT. That's several times what's needed to destroy large buildings, so it actually seems plausible for obtaining the "fine wed mist" prediction
