RawGirl Checkpoint
The full realism experience, baked directly into the model. Built on Krea2 and trained on the complete RawGirl dataset lineage, this checkpoint takes everything the LoRA series has been working toward — raw, unposed, zero-AI-gloss photorealism — and makes it the native behavior of the model itself. No stacking required to get there.
This is the most complete, most stable version of the RawGirl look currently available.
✨ What it does
Realism-first architecture. Built from the ground up on Krea2 with realism as the core objective, not an afterthought. Deep focus, natural skin, real lighting, authentic grain — this is the baseline behavior, not a LoRA layered on top.
Texture reinforcement from GPT2 data. A portion of GPT2-derived textures was blended into training to further reinforce fine detail — extra bite in skin, fabric, and surface texture on top of the base realism.
Full NSFW. Trained end-to-end across the full range, including explicit content. No separate NSFW LoRA needed.
Amateur composition, native. Candid framing, unposed subjects, natural angles and imperfect composition — the "someone actually took this photo" feel is built into how the model sees and constructs an image, not something you have to fight for with prompting.
Character LoRA compatible. Works well with character LoRAs trained on other bases, but for best results, train your character LoRA directly on this checkpoint. Since the realism and amateur composition are already native to the model, a character LoRA trained on it will blend far more seamlessly — no fighting between two different "photo styles" trying to occupy the same image.
⚙️ How to use
Works as a standalone checkpoint — the full RawGirl look is available out of the box, no LoRA stack needed.
For character work: training your LoRA on this checkpoint (rather than a generic base) will give the most consistent, most photorealistic results — the character learns to exist inside the same "camera" the checkpoint already shoots with.
Still compatible with other LoRAs if you want to push specific aspects further (texture, style, additional realism).
For best adherence, follow the prompt structure used in the sample images posted with this release.
💡 Tips
Prompt like you're describing a photo that already exists: real lighting, specific fabrics, cluttered or lived-in environments, small imperfections. The checkpoint rewards specificity.
Deep depth of field / sharp background prompts work best — this checkpoint is built around the no-bokeh, everything-in-focus look.
Since realism is native to the model, you don't need to over-prompt for "realistic photo" — the effort goes further steering composition, lighting, and scene rather than fighting for photorealism itself.

@Kyphix0 would you provide an int8 (convrot) version - I see that you added the requested nvfp4 but unfortunately that one is not usable for me - thanks!
@schroeck my guess he quantized it a bit too much when I make an nvfp4 of Krea2 its usually about 400 MB bigger but it really depends on layers blacklisted.

Personally, I use Forge; it manages RAM very well, although models requiring more than 8 GB are quite troublesome for me.
I would appreciate a smaller conversion to nvfp4 or GGUF.

This checkpoint is interesting. It needs some refinement—as evidenced by the test samples—though I assume you were aiming more for adult-oriented content, where the character is the central focus (i.e., a close-up shot) and the quality is at its best.

nvfp4 version:
I can say right away that the checkpoint shows a slight drop in quality compared to the original base model.
However, using Hires. fix eliminates this issue, and the estimated processing time is still better than with the base model. Thanks a lot for the nvfp4 checkpoint.
Of course, this is the perfect solution for low RAM :D
You could probably apply the Hires. fix to the base model too, but unfortunately, I can't afford to do that :D

For anyone wondering, yes, the NVFP4 is noticeably worse image quality than the FP8. It's not like int8 convrot vs FP8 where you can hardly spot a different.
