I think this may because usually penis are long but thin, if my lora not to use a high weight the shape won't be so good but high weight will cause a lot of other problems.

If you do want to use this lora, I recommend thick penis(this one :0.4), thick penis by topplok2 :0.4 and digitslayer :0.5

I'm just starting to learn how to make a good LoRA. I like thick penis rather than long penis. But it is hard to keep the penis shape when I try to use some specific art style LoRAs. All the training data are from my previous work. I usually like plump beefy boy, so this LoRA may affect body shape or art style. When the LoRA strength is low, it may not have a good effect, but if the strength is high, it may affect your character, so it may not be easy to use. The training data are mainly use these three LoRAs to help me get the training data.

I mainly prepared these five parts: flaccid/erection up thick penis (with foreskin or not), and the penis ribbon part(this part was only trained with erection up thick penis, not sure if it work well on other types).

It may also affect some prompts such as "dynamic pose" "chinese armor"

I recommand add glossy glistening shiny skin to negative prompt.
