Muscle Growth for Minimax H3
This LoRA enhances what H3 can already do to a small extent. H3 can do transformation scenes up to a point, but sometimes the transition is a cut instead of a smooth transform, and sometimes the results are more body horror than human. This LoRA will teach H3 how to grow the muscles on a woman slowly enough to see it happen, and (for the most part) without disappearing parts of her clothing along the way.
Important: This model is 100% fictitious and is not based on images of any real person. She originated with images generated from still image checkpoints and has evolved from there using only AI rendering. No images (neither actual nor AI-generated) of any real person was ever involved in the making of this model.
Prompting is important:
the keyword is "msclgrw", like "a msclgrw woman..."
Recommend strength of 0.75.
this LoRA works very well in Image-to-Video or Ref-to-Video, but not so much in text-to-video. All samples were image-to-video clips. In a text-to-video scene, H3 has a habit of starting out the character pretty muscular already, removing much of the point of the scene.
Clothes WILL disappear on your character if your prompt calls for it. If you mention a thing, H3 wants to show you that thing like a kid who's proud of his drawing. If your character is wearing a winter coat and you talk explicitly about bicep muscles, H3 will probably take away the sleeves of the coat in order to show you the biceps. So be careful what you ask for and pay attention to clothing so you get what you want.
This model pairs well with other LoRAs and a few of the sample videos show that. One scene includes breast expansion and two clips make use of a destruction of property LoRA that I'm about to release for H3 but haven't published quite yet.
Have fun!

This seems to be a very interesting lora. I have 2 questions. Does this lora also work for men? Does the lora only works for transformation or the character can start already with the muscles grown as a continuity for a scene?
@mankogamerhn I tried an experiment, but unfortunately I can't show you. I made a quick z-image shot of a guy sitting in a locker room, then I made a H3 clip with the muscle growth lora to see what would happen. It looks great. However, civitai says the video is being hidden because of one my my filter settings and I have no idea why since I don't have any filters set up. So I can't even see the post to get you a link.
I might have gotten lucky and I won't be held responsible for any surprising anatomy changes, but you should give it a try. As for the other question, I know this lora works with image-to-video so it should be fine for people of any current build, but I think the model probably has an upper limit on size so even with aggressive prompting you probably can't take a world champion bodybuilder and add very much to it. My data set had lots of muscular women, but none of them were unrealistically comic-book-gigantic.
I want to make some test like transforming a character like when Goku transforms into Super Sayain, but I want it to keep consistency. I will download the lora and make some tests. Thank you very much for your reply. I only use REF2AV, so I hope it goes fine. I will try to get back when I'm done experimenting. Have a nice day
This kinda acts like a 'stabilizer' of sorts, cuz technically H3 can do growth, but sometimes you get michelin man, bubbles, tumors... I have the same experience with my training. it "locks in" the growth
Agreed. H3 is awesome and lots of times it just needs a nudge in the right direction.
Good LoRA, my only complaint is that it REALLY wants them to "only" have a 6-pack. What I mean is it seems to remove 8-pack, 10-pack etc.
To be honest I never paid any attention to the abdominal structures in my dataset, so it's probably a bias that can't in with the dataset unintentionally
Question: I need to create a montage of short shots showing a young woman performing various exercises; her muscles need to grow—but not drastically—simulating the difference between a pre-workout and post-workout state. Is there a way to control the amount of muscle mass increase?
You can sometimes influence the result with descriptive prompts. Describe the growth as slight or extreme or words to that effect, and describe the final result of the body type. Athletic and fit, slightly muscular, strong, champion bodybuilder, etc. Use details and be really descriptive and h3 will usually try pretty hard to do what you ask, whether it's with this lora or not.
