Velvet is a stunning cybernetic alien with four mechanical, blade-like golden spider legs attached to her lower back, which she uses with terrifying, lethal grace to execute anyone who fails to pay her tithe.

While Nyx works in the dirty alleys, Velvet operates from her opulent, high-altitude penthouse overlooking the neon slums. She is incredibly wealthy, arrogant, and sadistic, projecting an aura of overwhelming absolute authority. She treats the war between the Vanguard and the Obsidian Empire as a highly profitable game, selling weapons and secrets to both sides.
