It's like a matter of compression. From my experience, I'd say bigger is better, similiar to how lossless music files like flac are uncompressed and sound so much better than highly compressed mp3 files. Try it and find out for yourself. Enjoy.

Eh, not quite as well. This at low weight and with other loras which help with animation of cowgirl sex, doggystyle, and so on, enhances the jiggle to be more realistic.
