This is a combination of my loras designed to be used for all around purposes. Of course if you want full control than it might be best to use the separate loras but I like this one for:

It learned positions and physics pretty well

V2 understands better flaccid or erect and it is also a little better in realism.

I really don't understand people like you... All these loras take time and effort and the buzz encourages creators to make more content. I have plenty of other loras to try for free including the V1 for this one. This is a totally unfair and unjustified comment
Thank you for making futanari tools for a smaller audience. You are justified in wanting to be paid for your time. Some people want everything to be free. Charging small amounts for your work is completely reasonable.
Does this ultimate lora do foreskin well? Or should I still use your other foreskin lora too?
Use that one. This one unfortunately is very unstable for this purpose. You can combine them though. You can get results with this one as well but the prompt have to be either very simple or very complex describing the anatomy
