This suit was featured in the Family Guy episode "Burning Down the Bayit" where rescue workers were pulling out the bodies of dead teenagers from a sunken school bus after Peter and Quagmire's botched scheme to advertise Mort's Pharmacy.

The suits closly resemble Mustang Survival's Ice Commander Suit. The animators sure did some research.
