This is the female friend of Wally/Waldo. Mostly used the 1991 cartoon as reference but can be tweaked with enough prompting.
Was weird rabbit hole, this one. I can't really understand why both the main character and others have such weird regional name changes and the answer i found doesn't really stick imho. Still, I feel it should be Wenda, since that's the name the episode i used gave her. What do you think? lemme know.

For the name change: I can find one claim on what appears to be the official website that "Wally" was named for one time English slang, and thus the implications/joke of him being "Wally" are completely lost elsewhere (and at this point, probably are on anyone under 40 even in his homeland). Changing the main character's name was probably (at least in part) for marketing/trademark purposes: "Wally" is so conventional a name it can't be used on its own without context but "Waldo" is always that guy from those books.
I'm aware of 'Wally' being a term for moron/dunce/fool etc but Is 'Waldo' an American version of 'Wally' in the same sense a slang for an idiot? So like: "What a Waldo"= Waldo meaning idiot.
I ask because otherwise it misses the point entirely. If he'd been re-named 'Bozo' for example, it would have made sense.
Also why re-name the girl too? Is Wanda slang for something as well i wonder..?
Hmm...How deep the rabbit hole goes...
Anyway thanks for the info, illuminating stuff!
@Big_Hypocrite Waldo is a unique name. If it came off as anything in a vacuum it would strange and foreign, definitely a fit for an eccentric oddity. Wanda is probably meant to come off as a female counterpart name and thus gets changed to match.
