Any chance you could do socks/thigh-highs that are about the same height as these leggings? Most, if not all, models like to add the small piece of cloth in between, turning them into weirdly looking pulled-down pants. puppy eyes
I know what you mean, but I spent hours filtering images with leggings that stopped right at the gusset. I got the thigh-high result all the time!
