The vice commander of the Black Spica.
Licinia serves as the loyal second-in-command of the Black Spica, managing the team and keeping it together. She and Arabella were once friends, but they now maintain a strictly hierarchical relationship with virtually no personal contact. Haunted by sins of the past, she suffers nightmares every night and trembles in fear.
