With a bit of extra inpaint, one can get really nice results.

N.B: Civitai's search engine is not really the brightest around. Neither "nose" nor "hook" do return any result about your Lora. Maybe should you title this Lora "nose hook" rather than "nosehook" (good for a trigger, but not an actual word), or one finds that by pure chance ;)
