This character was requested to me a looooooong time ago by @sketchwuff (sorry buddy!) when I first published the V1 of Taurus Bulba! Anyway, Although I watched this cartoon a lot when I was a child, I barely remember him, only in the opening! Also, he works suprisingly well in the full strength of the LoRa (1.0) and probably you won't have any trouble in generating him with less clothing in full strength! Anyway, enjoy everyone!
