✨ K-ALUAN – Semi-Realism, Anime, and Quality
K-ALUAN is a semi-realistic, anime-driven model designed to deliver expressive and authentic images. Its philosophy is clear: do more with less, keeping everything streamlined in a single, powerful model.
🚫 No mandatory upscalers.
🚫 No required Loras.
✅ Direct, semi-realistic anime results with simple prompts.
While the core focus is simplicity and natural anime-inspired semi-realism, K-ALUAN also works beautifully with Loras and upscalers. These tools can enhance and personalize your creations even further, perfect for those who want to add their own unique touch.
The essence of K-ALUAN is to provide solid, semi-realistic anime outputs without unnecessary complexity, but it remains flexible enough to welcome the best Loras and optimizations when desired.
👉 Ideal for creators who value expressive anime aesthetics with a touch of realism, and prefer a model that is both powerful on its own and adaptable with enhancements.

Given the limited VRAM capacity, it would be helpful to use int4 or NVFP4 models, but would the image quality suffer significantly?
not true for all models, but for krea2, w4a8 int4 convrot and nvfp4 are both pretty usable, see here: https://civitai.red/articles/33661/w4a8-support-in-ggufy
I can test later, but my other model doesn’t give good results.
@wolffenbuetell Thank you for creating the INT4 version!!
I assume the base checkpoint is a real "monster," but the INT4 format results in too much loss of detail.
The GGUF format would work well,
