After Android 21 got good Buu's cells integrated, she absorbed various Z Fighters, like Frieza and Cell, that how she got her looks. To get rid of the golden choker u have to neg prompt it. and perhaps the bracelet. I tagged it necklace instead of choker -.- . but i does not bother me enough to train it again atm ;).
