⚠️ Epoch Note:
I added Epoch 8–10. All three LoRA work well, but during testing I noticed that Epoch 10 produces NSFW results more readily. This is mainly because the training dataset contained a relatively high amount of NSFW content.
Okay with NSFW: use Epoch 10 or 9.
Prefer SFW: use Epoch 8.

For I2V, a LoRA strength around 1.0 worked well in testing with an explicit transformation prompt. In some cases, the LoRA can produce the learned effect with less explicit prompting at higher strength, but 1.0 + a clear transformation description gave the most reliable result in testing.

This LoRA focuses quite a bit on the morphing process itself. However, the lengthy transition eats into the overall generation time, whereas users prefer allocating more frames to other actions. Since the base model already handles realistic styles and complex scenes well, could you create a fast-switching / hard-cut LoRA for rapid cartoon-to-realistic transitions?

@biznis Yeah, not sure why people don't try prompting first. They just use examples and don't think for themselves.
@DaddyWolfgang Yes, I don't understand why people don't try prompts without LoRA either. It takes less than 0.2s to convert without it, but with LoRA added it takes at least around 1s no matter how you prompt.
