Postosuchus is an extinct genus of rauisuchid archosaur that lived in southwestern United States during the Triassic Period. It gets its name from Post Quarry, a place in Texas where Postosuchus was first discovered.

Postosuchus was speculated by paleontologists and dinosaur experts on what stance was it at, the research likely suggests it was more of a biped, another research had new evidence suggesting it was more of a facultative biped, meaning it can alter between bipedally and quadrupedally.
