Alpha アルファ — The Eminence in Shadow 陰の実力者になりたくて！

Shadow Garden's second-in-command — one trigger, the slime suit on the kit line.

A character LoRA for Alpha. The trigger alphakage carries her — the very long blonde hair, the blue eyes and the long elf ears. The pool was judged and hand-culled to 90 solo images before training. Drop the kit line and she wears whatever you prompt; hair, eyes and ears stay.

🧩 Version

• 🔵 Anima v1.0 — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0. Trained at 1536.

• 🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). A remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively.

💡 Tips

• Keep the kit line for the suit — the trigger alone tends to render the suit in white; black bodysuit locks the colour.

• Outfits are steerable: the gallery's gown, knit sweater and bikini are plain prompts on top of the trigger — swap the kit line for any outfit and the identity holds.

• gold trim sharpens the suit's accents; elf is baked, no need to prompt the ears.

• Give her a pose and an expression (hand on hip, sitting, cold smile…) — a bare standing can go stiff.
