This is a LoRA for Japan’s old-style gym uniforms(aka Bloomers).
As far as I remember, this style had already been discontinued around the year 2000 and was replaced by the half-pants style.

This LoRA was trained on photos of plain gym bloomers without any piping or lines.
The training focused specifically on the bloomers themselves, so the top can be freely changed to different types of clothing.
