Good results are achieved with weights between 0.5 (few cutouts) and 2 (many cutouts). You should, of course, specify the number of cutouts in the clothing in your prompt.

The slider works well with character LoRA and is gender-independent.

In rare cases, high values ​​may result in cutouts appearing in the skin.
