Wow. Way to train your LoRA on the one I made first, that was unfortunately flagged by the site due to users generating NSFW content. Your model puts out basically identical images when you take away the coat, thigh highs, and boots.

It's fine to be frustrated that someone else also trained a LoRA on a character you trained and put a lot of time in, but it's not fine to accuse someone of using your LoRA as their dataset, when they clearly didn't.
Load his into a metadata viewer, and you can easily see it's not what you think. Unless you're blinded by frustration.
