PinkiePie Pony Mix – Body & Breast Consistency LoRA for MiniMax H3
This LoRA is designed for MiniMax H3 to help maintain a consistent, attractive semi-realistic female body shape throughout video generation.
Rather than simply aiming for "natural breasts," this LoRA is trained to reproduce the kind of refined semi-realistic body proportions and aesthetic associated with the PinkiePie Pony Mix look.
It is especially useful when H3 tends to change breast shape, body proportions, or overall physique during motion or longer video sequences.
What this LoRA does

Recommended strength
1.0 is recommended and gives the best overall results.
This strength provides the intended balance between the learned body shape, breast consistency, and overall PinkiePie Pony Mix-like aesthetic.
Breast size
The breast size learned by this LoRA is relatively strongly defined and tends to stay close to the trained proportions.
It is generally possible to make the breasts larger through prompting, but making them significantly smaller with prompts alone can be difficult.
If you want a smaller breast size, I recommend combining this LoRA with a compatible breast-size Slider LoRA and adjusting the size separately.
This LoRA should therefore be considered primarily a body-shape and consistency LoRA, rather than a breast-size control LoRA.
About using MysticXXX LoRA
For the best color reproduction, I recommend using this LoRA without MysticXXX LoRA.
In my testing, combining it with MysticXXX can reduce color vibrancy and make the overall image look less vivid.
Since MysticXXX is commonly used with H3 workflows, if you still want to use it together with this LoRA, I recommend keeping its strength relatively low, around 0.1–0.2.
For the best overall appearance and color reproduction, using this LoRA by itself is recommended.
Training
This MiniMax H3 version was trained using 32 breast- and body-focused images generated with PinkiePie Pony Mix.
The dataset was selected to capture the characteristic semi-realistic breast shape, body proportions, and overall aesthetic of the PinkiePie Pony Mix style.
This H3 version was trained separately from the Wan 2.2 version, so its behavior differs from the Wan version.

推奨強度
推奨強度は1.0です。1.0で最も安定した結果が得られます。
学習された体型、胸の安定性、PinkiePie Pony Mixらしい全体的な美しさのバランスを最も再現しやすい設定です。
胸の大きさについて
このLoRAが学習している胸の大きさは比較的強く定義されており、学習時のプロポーションに近い形で出やすい傾向があります。
プロンプトによってより大きくする方向にはある程度調整できますが、小さくする方向への調整は、プロンプトだけでは難しい場合があります。
より小さい胸サイズにしたい場合は、対応するbreast-size Slider LoRAなどを併用して、別途サイズ調整することをおすすめします。
そのため、このLoRAは胸サイズを自由に制御するためのLoRAというより、体型や胸の形を安定させるためのLoRAとして考えてください。
MysticXXX LoRAとの併用について
発色を最も良く保つためには、MysticXXX LoRAを併用しないことをおすすめします。
私のテストでは、MysticXXXと併用すると発色が弱くなり、全体的に色の鮮やかさが低下する傾向がありました。
H3ではMysticXXX LoRAを使用しているワークフローも多いため、もし併用する場合は、MysticXXXの強度を0.1〜0.2程度まで弱めることをおすすめします。
全体的な見た目と発色を重視する場合は、このLoRAを単独で使用するのが最もおすすめです。
学習について
このMiniMax H3版は、PinkiePie Pony Mixで生成した、胸および体の表現に重点を置いた32枚の画像を用いて学習しています。
データセットは、PinkiePie Pony Mixらしいセミリアルな胸の形・体型バランス・全体の美しい雰囲気を捉えることを目的に選定しています。
このH3版はWan 2.2版とは別個に学習されているため、Wan版とは挙動が異なります。
