I personally recommend Version 02, as it gave me the best overall results. If you find it a little inconsistent with your setup or prompts, you can also try Version 01, which may behave more reliably in some cases.

The colors of both the armbinder and its straps can be controlled with natural-language prompting:

[colour] armbinder with [colour] straps

This LoRA works best from a back view. Side and front views are also possible, but they have a small chance of producing unusual or malformed results.

Adding the following tag to your prompt can help improve the arm positioning:

Tip: If you want to create a strappado pose, try increasing the prompt weight and adding something along the lines of:
