Umiji Minato 海路ミナト — Blue Archive ブルーアーカイブ
Captain on deck.
A character LoRA for Umiji Minato, Student Council President of the Odyssey Maritime School. The trigger minatoba carries her — the long grey hair in a side ponytail with blue streaks, the blue eyes, the mole under her eye and her halo — and the kit line puts on her look: the white peaked cap, the white naval uniform with gold epaulettes and a blue necktie, the white coat worn over the shoulders, white gloves, and the white skirt with black pantyhose and white knee boots. Replace the kit line with any outfit and she wears that instead; hair, eyes and halo stay.
🧩 Version
🔵 v1.0 Anima — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0.
🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.
📋 Prompt
Start with minatoba, then the kit line, then your pose and scene.
minatoba, peaked cap, white headwear, earrings, epaulettes, military uniform, white jacket, white coat, coat on shoulders, blue necktie, white gloves, white skirt, black pantyhose, white footwear, knee boots, long sleeves💡 Tips
Always paste the whole kit line — the trigger alone brings her face and hair, not the outfit.
Outfits are steerable: drop the kit line and write another outfit — a winter coat and scarf, for example — and she keeps her hair and eyes.
Keep her to one character per image — with a second girl in frame, the other one can borrow her hair or kit.
