Turn outfit references into a clean front, side and back mannequin sheet in ComfyUI.
Load a three-view mannequin sheet and three outfit references. Mannequin Studio transfers the outfit onto each view independently, then assembles the results into one sheet. The generic, view-specific prompts aim to preserve clothing, footwear and accessories while keeping exposed body areas consistent with the neutral mannequin.
Features
- Separate front, side and back generations with independent fixed seeds.
- Generic English prompts: start by replacing the input images.
- Adjustable per-view generation height with proportional resizing and white padding.
- Individual previews and a combined sheet; save manually when ready.
- Qwen Image 2.1 INT8 ConvRot setup, with BF16 download instructions included.
- No Lightning LoRA and no separate output upscaling pass.
- Brown instruction panels inside the workflow with setup tips, links and credits.
- Only two custom nodes, both included: split and join helpers.
Quick setup
Update ComfyUI, copy the included comfyui_mannequin_layout folder into ComfyUI/custom_nodes/, download the models listed in README_EN.md, then restart. Import the JSON, select the model files, load your four input images and run.
The ZIP includes the English workflow, installation guide, required helper code and a mannequins/ folder with example assets. Model weights and input images are not included.
## Before you run
Use a mannequin sheet with equal-width front / side / back columns and full-body outfit references. Higher resolutions require more GPU memory and time. You can retry one view by changing only its seed.
Results still need inspection: independent views can differ, and the model may leave skin, alter proportions or miss small accessories. This version does not include automatic skin cleanup.
