Sandy Carrington of the Georgia Carringtons from Brandy and Mr. Whiskers

(It's fun to think that there's a bunch of Brandy clones from each of the 50 states running around. Shame we never got to see them all, still, Brandy would probably still be my favorite. I like Sandy, her design was different enough to not be just a recolor and her character being genuinely nice instead of overly bratty really made her feel way different.)
