プリキュアシリーズ第23作目となる本作は、「探偵」をメインテーマに据えつつ、舞台が「1999年」というユニークな時代設定が特徴です。みくるは1999年の世界で探偵を目指している少女で、初登場時には可愛らしくアレンジされたシャーロック・ホームズ風の衣装をまとい、まずは形から入るようなコミカルな一面を見せていました。そこに2027年からタイムスリップしてきたあんなと運命的に出会い、二人で本格的に探偵への道を歩み始めます。 突っ走りやすいあんなをサポートする冷静な相棒役を務めることが多いものの、あんなが一人で抱え込んで立ち止まった時には真剣に怒って「もっと頼ってほしい」と力強く励ましたり、名探偵コナンとのコラボ回では麻酔銃で眠らされたあんなを物理的に激しく揺さぶって叩き起こしたりと、時に大胆でアグレッシブな行動力を発揮。さらにラブレターの話題になるとテンションが一気に急上昇して「恋に恋するお年頃の女の子」全開の百面相を見せるなど、表情豊かで魅力あふれるキャラクターです。

Because this checkpoint tends to narrow the eyes and emphasize lip detailing, it is recommended to add large expressive to the eye prompt (e.g., large expressive green eyes) and include (lipstick, lip:1.5) in the negative prompt.

Serving as the 23rd entry in the Precure franchise, this series features an engaging "detective" motif set against the unique historical backdrop of the year 1999. Mikuru is an aspiring detective living in 1999 who initially starts by looking the part, sporting an adorably stylized Sherlock Holmes-inspired detective costume. Her journey takes off when she meets Anna, who has traveled back in time from 2027, and the two team up to pursue mystery-solving together. While primarily acting as the level-headed partner supporting Anna, Mikuru possesses a fiery side: she candidly reprimands Anna whenever she bottles up worries, urging her to lean on her partner for support. During the crossover episode with Detective Conan, she takes the drastic step of vigorously shaking Anna awake after she is shot by the stun-gun wristwatch so they can transform in time for battle. Adding to her charm, she gets adorably overexcited whenever love letters or romance arise, revealing the dreamy, emotional gap of an ordinary teenage girl behind the sleuth persona.

With sleek visual sensibilities reminiscent of Persona 5 in its phantom-thief motifs and stylish transformation banks, the series carefully individualizes its characters while meticulously reconstructing the 1999 aesthetic through CRT displays and pull-out antenna mobile phones.
