Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing great. This time I bring you Kaori Koga from Kanojo no Tomodachi (My Girlfriend's Friend)! Kaori Koga is one of the central characters of the series and the girlfriend of Takeru Hidaka. She is the person who initially confesses to Takeru, becoming his first girlfriend and entering what appears to be a happy and stable relationship. However, the situation is complicated by Takeru's unresolved feelings toward Kaori's best friend, Tomoko Yoshioka, creating the central emotional conflict of the story. Kaori is therefore closely connected to the series' themes of friendship, romantic trust, secrecy, and betrayal. Her relationship with both Takeru and Tomoko places her at the heart of the complicated triangle that drives the narrative.

Kaori has a recognizable schoolgirl appearance centered around her dark navy-blue hair, distinctive high ponytail, straight blunt bangs, long side locks, and deep red eyes. Her hairstyle is particularly characteristic, with the ponytail gathered high on the head and secured with a pink hair tie. Her wardrobe follows a contemporary Japanese high-school aesthetic, with a pink zip-up hoodie worn over a white collared shirt, red necktie, dark blue pleated skirt, ankle socks, and dark brown loafers as one of her recognizable everyday outfits. This is an early model, since the anime adaptation of Kanojo no Tomodachi is scheduled to premiere in October 2026. The anime is being produced by Quad, with Takashi Ando directing, Goko Shiraki handling series composition, and Ryuji Iwata responsible for character design.
