Not sure why, the LoRA works fine on Civitai’s online generator, yet it completely fails when used locally
The LoRA itself works correctly, but the local setup may need additional configuration. Civitai’s online generator already uses the required model settings and workflow, while a local setup may use a different base model, LoRA strength, trigger words, or workflow.
If it works on Civitai but not locally, the LoRA is most likely fine. Check that you are using the correct base model, trigger words, LoRA strength, and generation workflow.
@SkillFi24 Thank you for your reply. I use other character LoRAs locally and they all work fine, but when I replace this Illustrious LoRA with the same set of tags, it fails to generate the character properly. Based on your reply, I can only think of one possibility—this Illustrious LoRA requires a special way to be activated, and I don't know what it is, regarding this situation, I remember I encountered the same issue before when downloading a LoRA from Civitai—it worked fine online but failed locally. If you have downloaded this Illustrious LoRA that you uploaded and it still generates images normally locally, then the problem is on my end.
@kk11543 I’ll test the LoRA locally now and, if everything works correctly, I’ll send you the workflow I used so you can compare the settings with yours.
