Instruction-edit LoRA (LoKr) for Qwen-Image 2.1. Give it an image of a nude woman and it adds a penis where her vulva is; give it a futanari image with a malformed penis and it redraws it. Everything outside the crotch stays the same: face, pose, body, lighting and background.
How to use: a Qwen-Image 2.1 reference edit (the ComfyUI Qwen-Image 2.1 image-edit template) with your image as image 1, LoRA weight 1.0, and an instruction like:
"Replace her genitals with an erect circumcised penis and natural testicles, anatomically correct and matching her skin tone. Keep everything else in the image unchanged."
Word prompts like the training captions. They start one of three ways (also listed as trigger words): "Replace her genitals with ..." (most images), "Give her ..." (e.g. "Give her a soft flaccid penis with natural testicles, ..."), or "Redraw her penis as ..." for a futanari source whose penis needs fixing. End with "anatomically correct and matching her skin tone. Keep everything else in the image unchanged."
Erect vs flaccid is followed reliably. Cut vs uncut is hit-and-miss: an "uncircumcised" request can still come out circumcised. Flaccid results can come out long; lower the weight to 0.8 if so.
Training: LoKr factor 8 on base Qwen-Image 2.1, 3000 steps, 258 edit pairs (SDXL masked inpaints, reverse pairs made by removing the penis with a Qwen edit, and hand-made pairs). Every source and target image shows an adult woman. Works with any style; trained mostly on 3D-render images.
Description
v1.0: final step of a 3000-step LoKr (factor 8) on base Qwen-Image 2.1, 258 edit pairs. Use as a reference edit with the instruction prompt from the model description; weight 1.0 (0.8 if flaccid results come out too long).
