Everyone, I've been getting some requests for Bf16 versions of this checkpoint and due to my own lack of skills in comfyui and understanding by my workflow won't blend my lora's with the int8 convrot or figure out the right blend with the bf16 model I haven't been able to make it happen. I also want to credit a few other lora makers that I blended into this at low powers. the majority of what this checkpoint is is the beaneffect krea2 XXX lora blended in at I think like 0.85 power, then "snofs krea 2 v1.3d" at like 0.2 power, then MGWR: M87 0.4 power, and Purple Dreams || Photography lora at 0.4
I can't recreate it with a BF16 checkpoint because the blend of my beaneffect lora was two fold from the training datat. I run my training on large datasets and when I blended this I was slightly drunk. I can't recall the specific mixture of step versions I used. seriously. I have been cooking it for a while trying to remember and gave up. I actually used an overcooked version with an undercooked version is all I recall. to balance the weights. This new version is the version I can't figure out how to re-create blended with another of my custom unreleased lora's that focuses on a limited run of real faces. which to my delight pushes the checkpoint more towards realism and makes it less likely to spit out striaght up bratz doll ai faces which I hate. anyway thats the situation.
This is a Bean Effect Checkpoint I created to produce artistic and also sexy images. Its is large I know but if you can run it, its worth it. reccomend you use
as your vae unless you are finding success without it, download it here

Will there be an int8 version?
unfortunately no, I haven't been able to get my lora's to blend into those models. I'm good at training lora's but terrible at figuring out some the the comfyui workflows. Is there a reason why Int8 checkpoint is better? for me they generate slow but seem to take up same amount of memory. I mostly release these checkpoints so I don't have to run a few small lora's I've made that aren't worth standing alone on civitai. but nudge the larger blends in the direction I want. also running the lora's separate are slower than just blending into a checkpoint at an acceptable power.
@TheBeanEffect int8 convrot is definatly faster, what gpu you are using?
Perfect work! Thank you!
why its not about 12gb file size like rest?
Okay, I might beeing lost. I am using Forge neo and whatever i prompt or use, I only get a weird psychodelic pattern as picture.
Does anyone have an hint or idea what might be wrong? Or experience the same?
I use euler / simple with cfg1 and 8 steps ...
Many thanks for your ideas :)
hmm don't use forge but let me give you a list of the files types I'm using if that helps
@TheBeanEffect That would be very lovely :) .. thanks very much in advance
for the clip I use Qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors with wan_2.1_VAE.safetensors with the checkpoint.
you don't have to use the wan.2.1 vae you can use I think the ae.safetensors but I like to use the wan one for superstitious reasons. so I doubt that is your problem.
@jtk052017336 FYI that psychadelic look is almost always a VAE incompatibility.
you most definitly you need to run the wan. 2.1 vae, i tried it with default ae.saftetensors and got nonsense
@jtk052017336 I just updated the model based message to contain a reccomendation to use the wan_2.1_vae.safetensors you can find it on hugging face just plug it into forge.
hey dude, I tracked the file down , you can download it from here https://civitai.red/models/1757056/wan-21-text-to-image?modelVersionId=1988708
@TheBeanEffect Many many thanks for your help :) ... I will give it a try
@TheBeanEffect Unfortunately the VAE was not the issue .. BUT It might be an issue coming from Forge Neo ... I am investigating. Thanks for your help .. sadly i can not enjoy the lovely model (yet ;))
If anyone with forge neo got it running, please let me know
@jtk052017336 I used to use forge and it was great for ease of use but I eventually drifted away from it because of issues like these. once you have comfyui and a decent workflow established everything is really plug and play once you know which folders to dump your files into . I started following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXsXE8MTXGk this guy on youtube and eventually got his patreon he makes the transition less painful. good luck!
