For V0.5 I tested out training prodigy, I think it's the best one yet. It's fairly fried though.
Try starting around 0.7 strength and find a look that suits you from there (usually lower works better)
Only tested using AutismmixConfetti
Tip: put 3D and Realistic in the negatives, and try removing them one at a time to see what look you prefer.
Specifying watercolor (medium) and similiar styles can be helpful.

Tested out training prodigy, I think it's the best one I've trained yet. It might be a bit fried though. Try sticking around 0.7 strength and try using other Loras to get the desired style.
It manages to recreate the face quite well this one.

suggestion for others if you encounter a more realistic output than expected: Adding "anime" into my positive prompt helped (despite source_anime already being in there).
